Shipping policy

The delivery of the digital content takes place online via activation of the indicators on TradingView, unless otherwise noted during the payment process. For this purpose, the customer must provide his TradingView user name in the order process (billing address). 

For reasons of practicability, the shipment may coincide with the confirmation of the purchase. Hawkeye Charting sends the digital content as soon as possible, but at the latest within 48 hours after knowledge of the receipt of payment.

If the Customer does not provide his TradingView username in the order process he will be contacted by Hawkeye Charting.

This may lead to a delay in delivery, for which Hawkeye Charting is not responsible.
